Spicy Rib Stew



Ingredients
  • 800 grams of cow rib, slice it
  • 3000 ml of water
  • 10 grains of onion, slice thin
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of pepper
  • 3 sheet of bay leaf
  • 3 sheet of lime leaf
  • 1/4 teaspoonful of caraway powder
  • 2 nutmeg flower
  • 2 teaspoonful of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of salt
  • 8 tablespoonful of sweet soy sauce
  • 2 stalks of chives, slice round
  • 4 tablespoonful of oil to stir-fry
Minced spices
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoonful of roasted coriander
  • 5 roasted candlenut
  • 6 wavy red chili
  • 6 small red chili
How to make
  • Boil rib until soft. Eliminate stock about 1500 ml (1,5 liters).
  • Stir-fry onion, minced spices, bay leaf, lime leaf, caraway, pepper, nutmeg flower until fragrant and cooked, then add sugar, salt, stir for a moment.
  • Put in rib, stir until spices is absorbed then add sweet soy sauce, pour into rib stock.
  • Cooked with small fire until the gravy rather thickened.
  • Server with scattering sliced chives.
