Shrimp Meatballs
- 300 gr of shrimp (remove shell & blend)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- pepper
- salt
- enough tapioca flour
- 1 eggwhite
How to make:
- Slice garlic and pepper, add salt.
- Mix shrimp with seasoning, then add tapioca flour and eggwhite.
- Knead the batter and make it ready to be shaped into ball use hand clod.

Chicken Xiao May
- Prepared Xiao May skin
- 200 gr chicken meat, blend

How to make:

Gravy
- 6 cloves of garlic, fry

- 3 candlenuts
- enough pepper

How to make
