Shrimp Meatballs & Chicken Xiao May


Shrimp Meatballs
  • 300 gr of shrimp (remove shell & blend)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • pepper
  • salt
  • enough tapioca flour
  • 1 eggwhite
How to make:
  • Slice garlic and pepper, add salt.
  • Mix shrimp with seasoning, then add tapioca flour and eggwhite.

Chicken Xiao May
