Fried Egg Stew with Melinjo Leaf

Ingredients
  • Oil to fry
  • 4 grains of egg
  • 4 tablespoonful of oil
  • 5 sheet of lime leaf
  • 3 sheet of bay leaf
  • 500 grams of coconut milk from a grains of coconut
  • 50 grams of melinjo leaf, choose young leaf
  • 4 tablespoonful of soy sauce
Minced Spices
  • 6 grains of onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 red chili
  • 4 candlenuts
  • 1 teaspoonful of salt
How to make
  • Boil oil to fry 4 grains of egg, set apart
  • Boil oil; stir-fry the minced spices, lime leaf, and bay leaf until fragrant. Pour the coconut milk, cook until boiled.
  • Put in fried egg and melinjo leaf. Reduce fire, cook for a moment.
  • Add soy sauce, continue cooking until melinjo leaf is cooked. Lift, serve soon.
