Eggdrop Soup



  • 5-6 cups of waters
  • 1 egg, shake
  • 1-2 handful of pea
  • 1-2 handful of sweet corn
  • Seasoning
  • 1 ½ tablespoonful maizena flour, fuse with a small of  water
  • enough garlic salt,
  • enough ginger powder
  • sliced chives
How to make
  • Boil water, put in vegetables, cook until soft, then put in another ingredients, but egg and chives
  • If the taste adjusted, drop egg shakes by dropping use fork, so it looks long sized.
  • Give maizena solution, stir until flat and thickened, matikan.
  • Serve with scattering sliced chives.
